Welcome to the Azyan Delivery Driver App (the "App"). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid driving license appropriate for your vehicle type.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Receive approval from Azyan Delivery before accessing order features.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Azyan Delivery immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Azyan Delivery is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Driver Responsibilities

As a driver using the App, you agree to:

• Accept and complete delivery orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and road regulations.
• Treat customers and restaurant staff with respect.
• Maintain your vehicle in a safe and roadworthy condition.
• Keep your GPS location enabled while on active duty.
• Not share your account with any third party.

4. Earnings and Payments

Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries as per the commission structure defined by Azyan Delivery. Payments are processed to your registered wallet. Azyan Delivery reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice. Any disputes regarding earnings must be raised within 7 days of the relevant transaction.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Drivers are expected to accept orders they commit to and complete them without cancellation. Repeated cancellations or failure to deliver may result in account suspension. Legitimate reasons for cancellation (e.g., safety concerns, vehicle breakdown) must be reported through the App immediately.

6. Termination and Suspension

Azyan Delivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Receive repeated negative feedback from customers.
• Fail to maintain the required standards of service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Azyan Delivery and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

Azyan Delivery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of earnings, accidents, or third-party claims. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

Azyan Delivery may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
